Trawn Gall is a licensed general securities representative (FINRA series 7 and 63) at Horizon 1031 and offers tax advantaged, securitized real estate investments through WealthForge Securities LLC (member FINRA, SIPC). He specializes in Delaware statutory trusts as like-kind properties for 1031 exchange but has extensive experience with a variety of other securitized real estate-based offerings. Since 2014, he has reviewed and followed over 500 securitized real estate offerings, mostly DSTs, building a wealth of experience and insight into sponsorship, offering structure, asset classes, financing, local markets and macro-market cycles.

Trawn is a tireless and demanding advocate of uniform industry best practices encouraging all parties he works with, particularly sponsors, to provide transparent reporting and strictly adhere to every legal and contractual requirement of their offering. He continues to add to his knowledge and experience of this niche area of real estate investment through due diligence events, industry conferences and networking. He is a co-author of Modern Real Estate Investing, the Delaware Statutory Trust.

After graduating from Pomona College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1990, he spent 20 years abroad working with non-profit organizations specializing in community outreach programs. During this time, he played an integral role in strategic planning of international operations, project management, personnel development, negotiations, problem-solving, budgeting, and financial planning. Trawn has a passion for languages and linguistics. In addition to English, he is fluent in Russian, and can converse in Hebrew, and French. He has also studied Latin, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, German and Cebuano. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker, nearly always accompanied by his now teenage son.
